Section 1

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the bdt4444 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform for personal recreational use only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are using your own personal payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account) and not those of any other individual.
• You are not a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1 of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of bdt4444 or any of its associated entities.
• You have not previously had an account on bdt4444 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• The funds you deposit on the Platform are from legitimate sources and are not derived from any unlawful activity.
• You are acting in your own name, for your own benefit, and are not acting as an agent for any other person or organisation.

bdt4444 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account pending completion of age verification. Any winnings accrued by a player who is subsequently determined to be under the age of 18 will be voided and forfeited. The initial deposit amount may be returned at bdt4444's sole discretion, subject to verification of the payment source.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bdt4444 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bdt4444 employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended without notice, balances may be forfeited, and the User may be permanently banned from the Platform.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested in the registration form. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. bdt4444 shall not be liable for any loss arising from a User's failure to maintain accurate account details.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdt4444 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents before your first withdrawal is processed or at any point that bdt4444 deems appropriate for fraud prevention and compliance purposes. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Proof of address may also be requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delay of any pending withdrawal.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdt4444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdt4444 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion on User accounts.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the User's bdt4444 Account in real time, subject to successful confirmation from the respective payment provider. Bank transfers may take up to two banking business days to reflect. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bdt4444 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own service charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of the User submitting a withdrawal request, subject to account verification status. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that are registered in the same name as the bdt4444 Account. bdt4444 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts. If KYC verification has not been completed, withdrawals will be held pending the submission and approval of required identity documents.

4.4 Failed or Reversed Transactions

In the event that a deposit transaction fails after funds have left the User's payment method but before they are credited to the bdt4444 Account, the User should contact support at [email protected] with the relevant transaction reference number. bdt4444 will investigate and, where the failure is confirmed, credit the funds or assist with a refund within five working days. bdt4444 shall not be held liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing failures.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

bdt4444 offers promotional bonuses, reload offers, free bets, and other incentive schemes to eligible registered Users from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published at the time of each individual offer.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the bdt4444 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by bdt4444 at its sole discretion. bdt4444 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time without providing a reason. A bet is only confirmed once a bet reference number has been issued and the stake has been deducted from the User's Account Balance.

6.2 Errors in Odds and Prices

In the event that an error, technical fault, or manifest pricing mistake results in incorrect odds being displayed on the bdt4444 Platform, bdt4444 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price. Where possible, affected Users will be notified and their stakes returned. bdt4444 shall not be liable for losses incurred by a User who places a bet at obviously incorrect odds.

6.3 Voided Bets and Event Cancellations

A bet may be declared void by bdt4444 in the following circumstances: the relevant sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement deadline, or abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed; a game error or technical fault affects the integrity of the outcome; or official results are overturned by the relevant governing body after initial settlement. When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the User's Account.

6.4 Casino and Live Casino Games

All casino games, including video slots, live dealer tables, and instant-win games, are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. In the event of a dispute regarding a casino game outcome, the game provider's server logs constitute the definitive record and will be used to resolve the dispute. bdt4444 acts as a platform intermediary and is not responsible for game provider outages, disconnections, or software errors outside its direct control.

6.5 Responsible Use of the Platform

bdt4444 strongly encourages all Users to bet and play within their means. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income. Section 7

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bdt4444 Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to adhere to the following obligations. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts on the Platform, whether using your own details or those of another person.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or automated systems of any kind to gain an unfair advantage over bdt4444 or other Users.
• Colluding with other Users or engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider-information betting in relation to any sporting event.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or financing of unlawful activity through the bdt4444 Platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software for financial gain.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising tool to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdt4444 staff, customer support agents, or other Users in any communication channel.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your bdt4444 Account or Account Balance to any other person.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling as contemplated by these Terms.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by bdt4444

bdt4444 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a User's Account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; a dispute raised by a payment provider in relation to a deposit or withdrawal; or any technical issue requiring account access to be temporarily restricted for the User's own protection.

8.2 Permanent Closure by bdt4444

bdt4444 may permanently close a User's Account if the User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, if the User is determined to be under the age of 18, or if continued operation of the Account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to bdt4444. In the event of a permanent closure for breach, any remaining real-money Balance may be forfeited at bdt4444's sole discretion. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will always be forfeited upon account closure for breach.

8.3 Voluntary Closure by the User

You may request voluntary closure of your bdt4444 Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any outstanding bets will be settled in the normal course and any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Voluntary account closure requests submitted under our Responsible Gaming self-exclusion programme are processed with priority and the account will be closed within 24 hours of the request.

8.4 Effect of Account Closure

Upon closure of your Account, whether voluntary or by bdt4444, your right to access and use the Platform immediately terminates. Any data held in relation to your account will be retained by bdt4444 for a period consistent with applicable data retention obligations and as set out in our Privacy Policy.
